  • We sell ponmo (cow skin) in various forms: dry, bulk, and cooked.
  • Orders can be placed online, via WhatsApp, or in person at our store.
  • Delivery is available across Nigeria and worldwide via third‑party logistics. Customers may also pick up orders directly.
  1. Payments
  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, POS, and online payment gateways.
  • All payments must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Delivery & Risk
  • We use third‑party logistics providers. Delivery times may vary.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the logistics provider or collected in person.
  1. Refunds & Returns
  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, refunds are only offered if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for complaints.
